You can only cancel your order before your order has been marked as ready for fulfilment or shipped. Please note that we cannot cancel any orders once they have been shipped from our warehouse and has been delivered to you.
If you wish to cancel a COD order, please contact customer support, by raising a ticket on our website and they will assist you with the same.
Please note that we cannot cancel a prepaid order once it has been shipped from our warehouse.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the “E liquid India” marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, Eid etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
“E liquids India” follows a very strict warranty programme on all its devices. Our warranty programme is a defect on arrival programme. Our warranty program only covers manufacturing defects which are reported to us within 24 hours of order delivery. Please note that damages/broken tanks/ breakage are not covered in this warranty programme.

Refunds are possible only in case of orders which have not been shipped from our warehouse. Please note it takes at least 2 weeks to process your refund.
For Damaged or Dead on Arrival Products Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns are eligible only for eliquid bought online in India.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as electronic cigarette, atomisers, coil heads, mods and batteries
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery, No refunds would be entertained.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is appoved we will be sending you an email to confirm the same and how and where to ship the returnable products. After the products are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 to 14 bussiness days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the address as notified to you in the refund approval email.
Gifts and Giveaways
If the item was marked as a gift or Giveaways item when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll not be eligible for refumds or returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
